Subject: need a place to live?

Does anybody know of anyone who might want to take over the lease on our eastside apt? It's thru April 30th so maybe someone just needing a really temp place to stay. It's $519/mon plus electric. Our ex-homeless guy Will has started to decline in health and we need to move back to a house where we can be more available to take care of him. Unfortunately, we can't break our lease without serious financial consequences. Maybe someone who is getting married in May and needs a place to stay?
