Our friend and auxiliary Villager Hassan has an upcoming gig. He is pianist for the Foothills Philharmonic Orchestra. The concert is 2pm on Sunday, December 11th at the Catalina Foothills High School auditorium. A couple of pieces featured will be Carmina Burana by Carl Orff, and part of the soundtrack to the latest Pirates of the Caribbean movie (starring Johnny Depp).
Anyone interested in going? I will ask Hassan if it's open to the public or if there is a cost.
