Responses Suki: Congrats! (1/12/05) Responses (sorted by date) Suki: Congrats! (1/12/05) We closed on our new house Monday and got the keys this morning. Over the next few weeks we'll be painting and carpeting and moving in. If ever people with large muscles and pick-up trucks are bored and looking for something to do, we will now have a suggestion. My friend, Tim Camping, is a painting contractor and he is coming from Phoenix tomorrow with his son to paint the interior. That is way cool. If any of you are interested in buying a house we can recommend David Wolfe as the guy to talk to regarding financing. Without him we wouldn't have had a chance. Thanks David for all your work. We also liked our real estate agent, Wandy Oveido, a lot. She used to be a nurse and Kathy and her worked together for quite a few years. She was a meticulous nurse and has brought that same thoroughness to selling real estate. Anyway it has been a fun process. We live a few doors down and around the corner from Blanca which is great. As a matter of fact we have the exact same floor plan. God has been spectacularly good to us through this whole process.
