Hi Villagers,
Here are a few ways to help the Blooms financially:
1. The Village has set up a fund called 'The Village Cancer Relief Fund.' Money can be given to this fund to help individuals who have cancer and their families. The donations are tax deductable.
Make your checks payable to 'The Village' and on the memo line write: 'The Village Cancer Relief Fund.'
Money given to this fund cannot be designated to a specific person but rather can and will be dispersed to individuals and families who meet the fund's limited restrictions, in this case, those with cancer.
Early next week, we will have a website for this fund up and running and people can give electronically.
Soon we will have guidelines set up for this fund.
