Yeah, Brad and Company are the orignal writers of the music. The video is obviously from eight or nine years ago. The music and the those guys touched some deep stuff inside me, and help me understand how following God could be different and make sense.

Yeah. It's good to remember. I think what I really like about the influence that MarsHill has had on our worship is not just that they offer Open Source music [as opposed to copyrighted stuff you have to pay for] for us to use [although I do like most of their songs that we sing], but the ethic of writing our own music. The idea that our own community of musicians and the writers that surround them should be offering that as a part of worship is something I really appreciate about the village and it in some ways came out of our connection to MarsHill [although I think we have our own more grassroots spin on that]. I think it's a good reminder to the community to keep creating new music.
