So I'm hoping you'll read this or get some of the cell phone messages. I'm sure you're feeling very heady from all the deep spritual insights floating around the conference -- or maybe its just the altitude. But your cooler is blowing hot air and it was 108 today. So I would like a way to contact your landlord so he can fix it. Otherwise everything looks fine. Kelly and Anna found a lot of chocolate. For the rest of you guys reading this blog - focus your mental energy on Karen's apartment and think cooling thoughts.....

I'm here, where else would I be?? Next question... ;-)
Thanks for watching out for all things that melt/explode/wilt when temps soar over 100.

So its Wednesday afternoon. Luckily your plants are outside! Its cooler outside in the shade than it is in your house. But Caleb, Daniel and Kelly all enjoyed the chocolate. Part of the fun is the treasure hunt through the fridge. Kelly had a passing set back when she accidently bit into something minty. Comes from not being able to read. So we explained that if it looks chocolate but the wrapper has lots of green on it then the chance of mintyness is high. I feel that its important to pass on wisdom to younger generations....

But the main point is...your cooler is still broken. We could form a mob and try to lean on the maintenance person. I'm sure there are some Villagers who would be willing to participate in an evening of random yelling and general intimidation if it was for a good cause....

I'm so there if random yelling and general intimidation are involved! You have my cell #.

Yeah. I think something could be arranged. Oddly, I haven't been able to find my Louisville since we moved. 'Course, I could just crack a few knuckles and smile kindly. Then again, we could have a few of our counselors take pot shots at him via Potters Wheel. Too cruel?

Karen,

Fershizel? Are you really living at your apt. in this distress? I hope you're living more comfortably than that. Is Scooby there with you? (Sorry, Emily's title reminded me of the famous calling for my bowling name's predecessor Scooby I.)

Are you back in town or still enjoying the scene from the road? I am back in Tucson at Tom and Mary Kay's house. I was enjoying the scene from the road though. That restaurant "Casa Fiesta" in Richmond (Kentucky) was pretty good though. Thanks for all the great pictures from your trip to Colorado. They were awesome. Or should I thank Senor Moore?
