Job Offer.
I need someone to clean my house for $40.
It's about 2.5 hours of work, as our house is small.

Hi! I was just thinking about asking around for house cleaning jobs. I've been doing it as a tiny side business for years, but the past three years I've only been doing one or two houses and I was contemplating taking on more. I clean a house now that I have been doing twice a month for the past three years. Do you need your house cleaned once or would it be an ongoing thing? Let me know if you would like me to help!

Laelia, I am so glad I decided to blog. I would LOVE to have you come. How soon would work for you?
As to one time of more often, here the circumstances:
My friend Val had been cleaning for me 2x month, but hasn't been able to come for the last 2 months of so. She hopes to be back up and at it soon, so I'm holding the spot for her. But she won't be able to come back at least until she gets a new car. I'd love to have you come in the interim!

Okay! That sounds fine! I have finals this week and I am training for new tasks at my work this week, but I do have Thursday morning open (9am-12ish?)Do you prefer morning or evening? I would have to check back with you later about possible times next week. I haven't figured out my new work schedule yet.

1510 S. Rosemont
Rosemont is not a through street in this part of town. You can you up Craycroft or Swan and then find Rosemont half way between them on the south side of the street. This part of Rosemont is a residential street with no stop light, but there is a sign for "Discount Furniture" with a big red arrow on the corner of 22nd and Rosemont there.
