Most of you have probably gotten a letter about my upcoming trip on the World Race, asking for prayer and financial support.
I have thought of 2 ways you can support me other than just sending in a check... but of course that helps also. As an update, I am 27% funded and have to be at least 60% in order to leave on June 1st, so please be praying about giving. Thanks in advance!
OK first idea - of course going along with leaving the country for a year is getting rid of crap. So, I know off the top of my head I have a desk and a little fridge (like one you'd see in a dorm room) that I won't be using anytime soon. I am willing to offer them to you for free if you really don't have money, or you can donate something toward my cause.
Both these items are sitting in my parent's garage. You can contact me to get a hold of them to go look at them, or you can wait til I'm in Ttown middle of May to come and look/get them.
Second idea - I am always saying "I'm going to get rid of lots of stuff!" and really never do. I am wondering if de-clutterizing is anyone's particular gift, and if maybe one morning/afternoon that I am in town in May you'd be willing to help me. Probably at least half of my stuff has been sitting in the garage in Tucson this year.
And if anyone perhaps wants to have a garage sale with the stuff I get rid of or something like that and donate to my cause, that'd be cool too...

forgot to mention - the desk is pretty big. it's not kidding around... it's a brown desk that even has an attachment thing at the end that you can add or just use as a bookshelf type thing.
it's also got that attachment that goes on top to put books on - can't think of what the name of that is either. haha!
