I am realizing that we have not seen a movie together as a Village in a long time. I was wandering if anyone was up to seeing the Martin Child. It is about a boy and the man who adopted him. It is supposed to be very relavent and a good depection of what it is like for children and for parents who adopt. Being I am now over the adoption unit for Pima County, I thought it might be a really good movie to go see, and being we have had a lot of foster children and now adoptive child in our church, it might be a good discussion piece. Anyone interested? I do not have a planned date or time to go yet. Opening night is November 2nd.

We love adoption, I work in adoption, I usually speak, eat, and breathe adoption, so yes, we would love to go and talk about adoption. There is much to talk about that I wonder if the film will cover...birthparents, grief of BPs, adoptive persons, and adoptive parents, open adoption, etc....really good discussions to be had.
could there be community child care set up possibly so those with children can go too?
