Hi everyone, I just wanted to pass the voice that we are renting our back/guest house. If anyone is looking for a place to live.... give us a call.
Here is the basic information:

Be the first one to rent a recently built house/guest house with private entrance. Almost 1000 sq with 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms are perfect for students or a small family. Each room as a closet and storage area. Master has private entrance and its’ own bathroom. Large open living room area with brand new kitchen, dishwasher, gas stove and refrigerator. Tile in the bathrooms and colored concrete floors and ceiling fans throughout. A/C, double paned windows and indoor washer and dryer included. Private small front patio. House is wired for phone and cable throughout. Close to Park and El Con Mall, DMAFB, easy access to UofA, and a few steps from a bus stop. $900 all utilities included, including wireless internet. No smoking or pets please. Call (520) 977 5574 for an application or more information.

Blanca

The house is beautifully built. Go have them show it off to you even if you aren't looking for a place to rent. When they were talking "guest house," I had something much smaller and much plainer in mind ;-)

I think Joel could have a career in building small, affordable houses that are creatively designed and feel like home. I am boggled at the thought that Joel and Blanca made this house happen in the same year as their first child, around jobs to boot....Wow.
