Hey all...the McCulley family and hopefully others are headed to Aravaipa West Entrance to camp on Friday the 3rd of September through Sunday the 5th of September. All are welcome to join us, the more the merrier. There are twenty some spots still available for each day but don't wait too long or the permits ($5 per day per person) may be gone. Go to https://www.az.blm.gov/sfo/aravaipa/aravaipa.htm for more info and click on permits to book your days. You can come late and join us if you are not able to go on Friday. We plan to hike half-way in to camp (about 5 miles). Pack light because you must carry all in on your back; you have to carry all food and water in, however. The hike is through streams so you will get wet. Weather is usually cooler there. Call us with questions if you have them. See ya there! Ryan and Andrea

I so look forward to this much needed nature-break. Then both kids and I will be running the Saguaro East 8-mile run on Labor day (the next day). Fun-fun!
