Subject: Sat. Nite at ITL. . .

It has just occurred to me that all my postings to date have been self-promotional, self-serving blather, reducing this site to a shill for my band. And this posting will be no exception.......:-} Please forgive my shallowness, I will try to contribute more meaningful things in the future. That having been said, WHAT ARE YOU DOING THIS SATURDAY NIGHT (Dec. 6th)??!!?? Allow me to suggest the ITL Coffeehouse @ 415 N. 4th Ave, next door to Antigone Books, where at 7:00 p.m. Craig Green and the Embers will be performing an intimate acoustic set INSIDE. It will be just like hanging out in Craig's living room, minus the empty beer bottles, pizza boxes and dirty laundry...just kidding, Craig is actually a very tidy young man and keeps his dirty laundry strewn about his bedroom and not his living room. This will probably be our last show of the year, so it's your last chance to see Craig and his trusty bandmates Neil, myself and my lovely wife Karen until after the Holidays, unless some last minute gig comes up. Plus, the acoustic set will be a new experience for those who have seen us before, we rehearsed last night and it was a lot of fun stripping the songs down to the bare bones. We are also re-considering the band name, if you have any ideas please feel free to share them with us... To all who have come to our shows, thank you again for your support... Cheers! Gary G
