Subject: Happenings!
Hey!
This looks like a busy week upcoming for Buckshot Blu....
On Thursday August 12th, we will be back at 7 Black Cats 260 E. Congress at 10:00-ish.
And then, we will return to Wavelab studio on Friday through Sunday to finish up our EP! We have a few vocal/guitar overdubs to do, then hopefully get it mixed and ready to go. We have a tentative date of September 24th (Friday) at 7 Black Cats for the official release party-stay tuned for details
Hope we see you all on Thursday night!!
P.S. I don't know what the tarantula has to do with anything, just felt like posting it. She lives in our yard...

Can't wait for the CD to come out.
I just got Jesse a tarantula that looks like your tarantula's twin. Got it out of somebody else's backyard...it's now living in an aquarium in his room. We're having a hard time keeping Eric from handling the spider -- any suggestions?

Don't worry about it. A bite will quickly teach Eric not to handle spiders. And if he doesn't learn, the spider will teach him a lesson itself.

Perhaps spray the spider with Pastor repellant...or better still, put a copy of Calvin's "Institutes of the Christian Religion" in the cage hyuk yuk yuk.

Subject: CD art?

Hmm, maybe we could use this as our CD art? To maybe have someone we know run it through Photo Shop and make a freaky two-color abstraction out of it? Or is that too "dangerous" for the band image we wish to project? And what is that image, anyway? I've been wondering....
I do like that Houdini photo, but I'm sure it's still under copyright somewhere.
